As an Architectural Designer, you will contribute to bespoke homes and residential developments from concept through construction documentation. You will collaborate with senior architects, project managers, consultants, and project teams. Your work will translate client requirements into coordinated architectural plans, specifications, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate client needs into residential architectural concepts
- Create design presentations, sketches, models, and renderings
- Develop coordinated plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Research materials and finishes for residential projects
- Prepare specifications and contract documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Three to five years residential architectural design experience
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
- SketchUp, V-Ray, or Lumion rendering experience
- Portfolio showing residential design sensitivity and detail
