As a consulting sales representative, you will leverage the experience and knowledge of external professional talent to solve various management challenges faced by corporate clients. Your role goes beyond mere advising; you will deeply commit to transforming and growing businesses as a close partner to executives, providing solutions that support corporate growth.

• Formulating sales strategies, creating new businesses, developing HR systems, and planning marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with optimal professional talent to address various management themes and ensuring project success.

We are a venture company that shares the experience and knowledge of external professionals across multiple companies to solve management issues through a new talent utilization model called "Pro Sharing." Since joining the PKSHA Technology Group in August 2025, we have evolved into a driving force for the social implementation of "AI Powered Worker (collaboration between AI and humans)." In particular, our IT freelance business "FLEXY by PKSHA" leverages PKSHA's algorithms to redefine the legacy business models of the talent industry through technology.

This position will lead the core development phase of the matching infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the product development of the "FLEXY Matching System" for "FLEXY by PKSHA."
• As the project PM, drive the entire process from requirement definition to prioritization of implementation, collaborating with internal engineers and PKSHA algorithm engineers, and promoting improvements post-release.

Specific tasks include:

• Extracting user and field issues by interviewing stakeholders (FS: Field Sales, IS: Inside Sales, Marketing) to structure and abstract the essential problems.
• Defining requirements by translating extracted issues into a format that the development team can implement.
• Implementing algorithms by discussing daily with PKSHA Technology's PdM and algorithm engineers to connect cutting-edge AI models to business outcomes.
• Driving projects by collaborating with internal engineering teams to maximize results through roadmap formulation and prioritization.
• Analyzing data post-release to verify the ROI of the product based on metrics like matching rates and operational efficiency indicators.

Desired Qualifications:

• Mandatory: 3+ years of practical experience as a product/development PM in B2B SaaS/Web services.
• Experience managing complex domain logic systems such as matching/search/recommendation/data platforms (3+ years).
• Experience as a PM/PMO in strategic or general consulting firms (3+ years, expected at senior consultant to manager level).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Domain knowledge or strong interest in the HR-Tech field.
• Experience managing products incorporating machine learning/AI algorithms.
• Experience designing and operating B2B processes using SFA/CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Experience leading cross-company projects from PoC to full implementation.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Annual salary of 7 million to 10 million yen, monthly salary of 450,000 to 668,000 yen (including fixed overtime pay).

Location: 150-0001 Tokyo, Shibuya-ku, Jingumae 3-21-5, Circulation Building ForPro.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break).

Holidays: 120 annual holidays (may vary slightly according to company calendar), complete two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer and autumn vacations (3 days), condolence leave, paid leave (3 days granted upon joining, 7 days granted after 6 months).
