This Senior IT Analyst owns core infrastructure operations across server, identity, endpoint, and application environments. The work includes Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure administration. You will also support infrastructure projects, security standards, and technical documentation while mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier III escalation support and technical leadership Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Group Policy Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity governance Develop PowerShell automation and document technical solutions Requirements:
