Lead Pizza Nova operations across a region through franchisee coaching, performance management, and consistent quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this District Manager represents the Support Office in the field. You will guide franchisees and store teams across operational performance, staffing, team development, brand standards, and financial success. Your leadership will support business growth and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted franchisee partnerships through purposeful store visits
- Coach teams on service strategy and operational best practices
- Monitor performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ progressive QSR, retail, or related experience
- One to three years’ Regional Manager experience

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
