Key Responsibilities
- Document and file delivery paperwork accurately
- Place material orders based on team requests
- Maintain shop orders and documentation packages
- Actively engage in the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee
- Support internal communications and meeting scheduling
Requirements
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
- Previous involvement in construction or fabrication is preferred
- Experience with material management systems
- Familiarity with safety documentation processes
- Excellent communication skills in writing and orally
