Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the West Ottawa HART Hub to deliver integrated withdrawal management, addiction medicine support, episodic primary care and mental health assessment to clients aged 16 and older.
Working within a trauma-informed, client-centred and harm-reduction framework, you will assess, diagnose, prescribe and coordinate care, with strong collaboration across interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
