The ideal candidate will provide mentorship, assess student progress, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for overseeing nighttime routines and responding efficiently to emergencies while embodying strong leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure students' safety with visual checks every 15 minutes
- Remain awake overnight and respond to emergencies promptly
- Build positive relationships and act as a mentor
- Collaborate to evaluate student progress and therapeutic goals
- Support daily routines and other assigned duties
