As a key member of our Building Science and Sustainability team, you will leverage your architectural insight and engineering knowledge to conduct detailed Building and Property Condition Assessments. This position requires a balance of technical skills, project interaction, and fieldwork to support quality and performance in building projects. Engage with clients to contribute to healthier, safer environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete detailed property condition assessments
- Recommend design and remedial strategies
- Conduct building envelope testing and assessments
- Draft reports and AutoCAD drawings for projects
- Aid in project coordination and quality control
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Building Science or similar
- Knowledge of property assessments and ASTM standards
- Understanding of building envelopes and systems
- Experience in technical report writing and AutoCAD
- Willingness to travel and conduct field assessments
