As part of Pinchin's Environmental Due Diligence team, you will support property transactions, redevelopment, and regulatory compliance projects. The work includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Notice of Site Condition support, remediation, and monitoring programs across Saskatchewan. You will collaborate with Project Managers and senior technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
- Conduct groundwater monitoring, sampling, surveying, and site plan creation
- Prepare technical reports and assist with recommendations
- Coordinate timelines and budgets with project managers
- Liaise with site representatives and contractors
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in environmental science, engineering, or related discipline
- Environmental consulting experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle
