As a Learjet 75 Captain with Air Partners, you’ll pair technical excellence with polished guest care to deliver safe, seamless, and personalized private aviation experiences. You’ll prepare thoroughly, communicate clearly, and stay composed under pressure—upholding our standards and the trust our guests place in us from first inquiry through arrival.
What You’ll Do
- Command Learjet 75 operations with professional airmanship, sound decision‑making, and strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead meticulous preflight planning, performance calculations, and risk management to ensure safe, efficient missions.
- Conduct clear crew briefings and maintain timely, transparent communication with dispatch, maintenance, and guest services.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and remain calm and decisive in dynamic environments.
- Deliver attentive guest service onboard, reflecting Air Partners’ culture and commitment to personalized travel.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing insights that enhance safety, efficiency, and the client experience.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3,000 hours total time, 1,500 hours PIC, and 500 hours Jet PIC.
- Valid Canadian ATPL (Transport Canada).
- Canadian passport with no travel restrictions; ability to obtain a RAIC.
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and situational awareness; calm under pressure.
- Uncompromising commitment to safety, professionalism, and outstanding guest service.
- Previous corporate/charter experience preferred but not required.
