As Lead, Senior Sales Enablement, you will improve effectiveness, productivity, and execution across External and Internal Sales teams. Reporting to Revenue Operations, you will partner with Sales Leadership to translate commercial priorities into programs, tools, processes, and sales disciplines. The work spans strategy, training, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives into clear sales initiatives and execution plans
- Lead product, campaign, and initiative rollouts across Retail Sales
- Drive KPI, scorecard, and performance insight adoption
- Streamline workflows and reinforce Salesforce usage
- Coordinate Sales with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology
Requirements:
- 10+ years in sales enablement or related disciplines
- Experience supporting distributed Sales organizations
- Strong Salesforce and CRM adoption experience
- Strong project and change-management skills
- Asset management, financial services, or regulated-industry experience
