As an Events Executive, you will help grow Phorest's North American medspa presence through conferences, trade shows, webinars, partner events, and regional marketing. You will coordinate logistics, campaigns, content, partnerships, CRM activity, and post-event reporting. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, design, and content teams will support consistent execution and audience engagement. The work includes event vendors, campaign materials, website updates, email, social media, and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver medspa conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events
- Coordinate event materials, shipping, scheduling, vendors, setup, and execution
- Support campaigns, gifting initiatives, content, and partner marketing activities
- Capture event leads accurately and coordinate prompt follow-up
- Track campaign performance, event engagement, and conversion rates
Requirements:
- One to three years in events, marketing, or related work
- Experience supporting events, campaigns, logistics, vendors, or partners
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Understanding of email, social media, paid advertising, and SEO
- Willingness to travel across North America for industry activities
