Lead heavy civil estimating and project management for Philson Ltd in the Fredericton Region, using cost control and construction coordination expertise. This Project Manager/Estimator supports civil projects valued from $500,000 to $30,000,000. Philson Ltd works across site development, road building, underground utilities, and water or wastewater treatment. You will collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:
Review tenders and complete Go/No Go analyses Prepare quantity takeoffs, estimates, and bid packages Develop schedules, order materials, and coordinate subcontractors Track costs, change orders, and monthly cost-to-complete analyses Prepare progress billings and project close-out documentation Requirements:
At least five years in civil construction or engineering CET, P.Tech, or P.Eng designation considered ideal Experience with on-screen takeoff programs Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project Trimble B2W Suite experience or comparable software Apply project scheduling, estimating, documentation, and cost management skills across Philson Ltd heavy civil construction projects.
