As Customer Support Engineer NZ, you will maintain customer relationships while servicing Philips MRI, CT, DXR, IGT, and Ultrasound portfolios. The customer-facing position covers medical equipment software and hardware, supporting maintenance, installation, and servicing under Philips regulations and policies. Your work spans customer relationships from pre-sales through implementation and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver corrective and preventative maintenance for customer equipment
- Commission and install equipment, software, and hardware upgrades
- Manage technical escalations through resolution and update stakeholders
- Repair equipment and minimize customer downtime
- Provide on-call support outside business hours when required
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in electronics, electrical, or biomedical engineering
- Customer-facing service engineering experience, preferably medical or biomedical
- Hands-on experience with relevant imaging modalities highly regarded
- Strong IT skills and customer-focused effectiveness
- Full New Zealand driver's licence and legal work rights
