Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Translate business strategy into financial plans and targets
- Develop business cases and scenario analyses for decisions
- Identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives
- Coach teams and build organizational finance capability
Requirements:
- 10+ years in finance, FP&A, or business partnership
- 5+ years leading teams or complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience influencing senior leaders and strategic decisions
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
