Key Responsibilities:
- Adjust and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Contact tradespersons and contractors for major repairs and maintenance
- Perform appliance repairs and routine painting or drywall work
- Complete safety and security checks throughout the establishment
- Maintain plants, grounds, walkways, and parking areas
Requirements:
