This Customer Service Specialist role supports customers using PheedLoop's event technology and hardware solutions. You will prepare event kits, kiosks, badges, and consumables, coordinate shipments, and assist with technical challenges. The position also includes collaboration with internal teams, onsite customer coordination when required, and continuous development of software and hardware expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer-specific event kits and consumables
- Quality-check kiosks, badges, and event hardware
- Assist customers with real-time technical challenges
- Support onsite event execution when required
- Identify improvements to customer experience and workflows
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field required
- Experience with customer-facing operations preferred, not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Comfort working with technology and operational processes
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces carefully
