You will lead mining engineering assignments, prepare designs, schedules, studies, and reports, and collaborate with South African technical teams. The position combines technical delivery, client interaction, and business development across Canadian mining projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mine planning assignments for Canadian mining projects
- Prepare and review designs, schedules, studies, and reports
- Coordinate milestones across multidisciplinary international teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring when required
- Conduct analysis and recommend practical engineering improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
- At least six years of mining industry experience
- Operational and mine planning engineering experience
- Hands-on Deswik experience
- Open pit or underground mining experience
