We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join a pharmacy located approximately 50 km east of Calgary city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist looking for competitive compensation, leadership responsibility, and an attractive total rewards package.
- CAD $124,700–$157,000/year
- Equivalent to approximately $60–$75/hour based on 40 hours/week
- Travel allowance: $2,020/year for candidates travelling from outside Strathmore
- Short-Term Incentive Plan: up to 18% of regular earnings
- Pension: 5% employer matching, eligible after 1 year
- Paid sick time for full-time employees
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Full-time position
About the Role
As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations while providing excellent patient care and leading the pharmacy team. The pharmacy uses Kroll and offers an established environment where you can focus on clinical care, team leadership, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Pharmacist licensed to practice in Alberta
- 2 years of Alberta experience as a Staff Pharmacist, OR 2 years of pharmacy management experience outside Alberta
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Patient-focused approach
- Kroll experience is an asset
