- Manage daily operations of the compounding laboratory

- Train and develop Compounding Assistants and new hires
- Monitor inventory, materials, and production timelines

Requirements:
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical compounding experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of NAPRA standards
