This position supports a regulated Contract Research Organization through cleaning, interior and exterior maintenance, and transportation services.
The role reports to the Supervisor, Clinic Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect facility areas according to protocols and guidelines
- Transport samples, supplies, and equipment between designated locations
- Maintain floors, carpets, gardens, ponds, and supply rooms
- Operate snowblowers and snowplows during winter conditions
- Assist with repairs, contractors, painting, and inhouse services
Requirements
- High school completion
- Experience driving a snowplow
- Experience operating hand tools and maintenance equipment
- Valid G Class driver's license in good standing
- Clear English communication and interpersonal skills
