Lead logistics strategy and outbound shipping for Phantom Screens in Abbotsford, BC, with responsibility across domestic, USA, and international shipments. As Senior Manager, Logistics, you will support two Phantom manufacturing sites and provide strategic and tactical support to Rolltec Shading in Ontario. You will lead the Shipping Supervisor and Shipping Team while coordinating with Operations, brokers, carriers, and third-party providers. The work spans customs, warehousing, inventory, systems, and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, hire, train, and develop the Shipping and Logistics team Develop logistics strategy across the wider Phantom network Manage customs and CUSMA compliance with brokers Select, negotiate with, and manage carriers and freight partners Lead Warehouse Management System rollout with the Materials Manager Requirements:
5+ years logistics management experience in manufacturing Team leadership, contract negotiation, LTL, courier, 3PL, and warehousing experience Extensive customs and brokerage experience highly desirable Lean Manufacturing, ERP, and advanced Excel skills Bachelor's degree or relevant college diploma plus Operations Management diploma Apply logistics leadership, customs expertise, negotiation, and systems knowledge to strengthen Phantom Screens' manufacturing shipping network.
