Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its corporate team. The 18-month contract supports recruitment across multiple divisions through split-desk recruitment, employer branding, and strategic partnerships. You will help meet current and future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment across multiple divisions
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements and postings
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
- Screen resumes against stated qualifications and criteria
- Support onboarding with HR and hiring leaders
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in human resources, agribusiness, business, or related field
- Three to five years of recruitment experience
- Applicant Tracking System experience and technical aptitude
- Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel
- Availability onsite and willingness to travel within Canada
