Lead cleaning operations at Dexterra while maintaining building quality standards and responding promptly to client requests. This is a full-time supervisory position.
As Cleaning Supervisor, you report to the Account Director and oversee cleaning and services across assigned buildings. The work combines team supervision, inspections, training, Health and Safety procedures, inventory control, and customer follow-up. You will help maintain expected performance levels while supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high cleaning standards throughout assigned buildings
- Prioritize and respond promptly to client requests
- Inspect ongoing work against expected performance levels
- Train new cleaning personnel at the site
- Maintain timekeeping records and inventory control
Requirements:
- Experience in a cleaning environment
- Experience supervising a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and changing schedules
- Clear criminal background check required
