We are seeking a Maintenance Execution Specialist to improve maintenance execution readiness across our Northeast British Columbia operations. In this role, you will collaborate with Maintenance Leads, planners, trades, and Operations to strengthen job planning, support field execution and coordination, and ensure completed maintenance activities are accurately documented in Maximo. Your efforts will help drive safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

This position is based at a camp approximately 1.5 hours north of Fort St. John, BC. You'll enjoy a stable schedule with a standardized 15-day on, 13-day off rotation. This is a safety-sensitive position, and therefore you are required to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Validate work scope, labour, materials, tools, safety requirements, asset information and supporting procedures
  • Support the Planning team in developing complex, multi-discipline work packages and execution strategies
  • Identify field execution risks, resource constraints, sequencing conflicts and coordination requirements
  • Review completed work orders for root cause, failure coding, asset history and follow-up work requirements
  • Analyze recurring planning and execution issues and recommend improvements to job plans, templates and maintenance processes
  • Coordinate with field teams, Calgary Planning, Supply Chain and scheduling functions to improve work readiness and execution

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Journeyperson certification in an electrical, instrumentation or mechanical trade; dual ticket is an asset
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on trade experience in upstream oil and gas or gas processing environments
  • 3+ years of maintenance planning or lead-hand experience developing corrective maintenance job plans
  • Working knowledge of the Maximo work order lifecycle, asset records and failure coding
  • Ability to plan complex multi-discipline work and communicate effectively across field and office teams
  • Ability to work under pressure while exercising sound judgment and a concern for safety
  • Current and valid certification in, or the ability to obtain, WHMIS, H2S, TDG, Intermediate First Aid & CPR
  • Valid class 5 driving license with a clean driver's abstract

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN OUR TEAM:

  • Competitive compensation and bonus programs
  • Top tier benefit package, including a generous Health and Wellness Spending Account and Savings Plan
  • Dress for your day - a casual yet professional environment
  • Ability to contribute to a dynamic organization with large growth ambitions
  • Making a positive difference in our communities through volunteerism, community support and providing opportunities to those in the areas where we operate
