Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to offer coordination
- Build candidate pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Prepare recruitment-related documents for candidates and hiring managers
- Attend career fairs and represent the company at events
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment, ideally in high-volume environments
- HR experience preferred, especially in regulated settings
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS or ATS platforms
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across levels
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming worker license
