Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and treatment for clients in need
- Implement recovery and rehabilitation interventions
- Collaborate with the Integrated Health Team onsite
- Advocate and connect clients to community resources
- Engage in case management and documentation
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Registration with College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Expertise in mental health and addictions intervention
- Three years of related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for client transportation
