The Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to inpatients and pharmacy services to selected outpatients at PRHC. The position participates in medication dispensing and serves as a medication resource for health centre personnel and patients. This temporary fixed-term appointment ends December 26, 2027, and requires English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care to hospital inpatients

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy
- Current Ontario license to practice
- Hospital pharmacy residency or equivalent experience preferred
- Working knowledge of pharmacy-related operations
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
