This Supply Chain Analyst – Quality role supports product quality assurance across mining operations. You will monitor quality, investigate concerns, analyze data, and support continuous improvement. The position involves coordination with mine sites, laboratories, transportation facilities, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor product quality at mine sites and discharge ports
- Investigate concerns, identify root causes, and coordinate follow-up
- Analyze quality data for trends and improvement opportunities
- Maintain specifications, procedures, documentation, and quality databases
- Coordinate surveillance, audits, investigations, and technical meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related technical discipline
- Two to three years of relevant quality or supply chain experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel and provide occasional weekend support
