As a Product Quality Analyst, you will support quality assurance across mining operations and supply chains. The work includes investigating concerns, interpreting trends, maintaining documentation, and coordinating surveillance. You will collaborate with mine sites, laboratories, transportation facilities, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor product quality at mine sites, loading facilities, and discharge ports
- Investigate concerns, identify root causes, and coordinate follow-up actions
- Analyze quality data for trends, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Maintain specifications, procedures, documentation, and quality management databases
- Support audits, technical meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related technical discipline
- Two to three years of relevant quality or supply chain experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Willingness to travel occasionally and provide weekend support
