Peter Lucas seeks an experienced mining professional for senior technical support at an active mining operation. The role covers short and long term planning, stope design, sequencing, production strategies, and operational optimization. You will also collaborate across geology, operations, maintenance, and technical services while mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:
Develop short and long term mine plans and schedules Support stope layouts, sequencing, development planning, and optimization Review mining methods, designs, and operational approaches Analyze production data and identify performance improvement opportunities Mentor junior mining engineers and technical staff Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline 10+ years of progressive mine engineering experience Strong underground mining, planning, and stope design experience Experience with Deswik, Vulcan, Datamine, or similar software Strong analytical, technical writing, communication, and leadership skills Apply senior underground mining expertise, planning capability, and mentorship skills to support active operations through Peter Lucas.
