As Store Manager, you will develop employees and uphold service standards across a pet-focused retail store. Your responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, training, task assignment, supervision, coaching, inventory, orders, audits, repairs, paperwork, and business results. You will also maintain community relationships and support customers with nutrition and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach employees on sales techniques and customer service

Requirements:

- Reliable transportation, POS knowledge, and ability to lift 50 pounds
