Optimize eCommerce last mile operations using KPI analysis and 3PL coordination in a full-time hybrid position based in Markham, Ontario.
Pet Valu seeks an eCommerce Last Mile Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager, Final Mile. You will monitor 3PL performance, support service level agreements, and improve fulfillment operations. The position requires supply chain, logistics, eCommerce fulfillment, and data analysis experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and alignment with SLAs
- Troubleshoot mis-ships, short ships, and package damages
- Analyze network costs and budget variances
- Maintain procedures and process maps
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum two years in supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce fulfillment
- Experience building KPI tools and reporting
- Experience with WMS and 3PL service providers preferred
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
