You will manage professionals while sourcing opportunities, building market maps, and developing strategic relationships. Lead and develop M&A Business Development professionals Build and manage acquisition pipelines using Salesforce CRM Create market maps across assigned software verticals Meet quarterly sourcing KPIs, including meaningful contacts and LOIs Qualify opportunities and allocate leads across portfolio verticals Requirements:
Seven-plus years in software Business Development, Sales, M&A, or finance Two-plus years of professional management experience Proven success in outbound origination or investment sourcing Exceptional communication skills and executive presence Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and urgent approach Bring M&A origination, people leadership, executive communication, and Salesforce pipeline expertise to Perseus software acquisitions.
