Shape beverage alcohol sales across Atlantic Canada from Halifax through strategic leadership, customer relationships, and market insight development. This Provincial Manager role leads sales strategy and key account management for Corby Spirit and Wine Limited and Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd. across four Atlantic Provinces. You will collaborate with Trade Marketing and Brand Managers, monitor performance, and coach District Managers and merchandising professionals. The portfolio includes Canadian, international, and American whiskey, spirits, liqueurs, wine, and champagne brands. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor performance indicators and recommend commercial actions Lead programs with provincial liquor boards and Trade Marketing Coach and empower District Managers through regular performance discussions Track sales objectives using CRM tools and reports Analyze industry trends, competition, and consumer behavior Requirements:
Leadership experience managing teams toward successful outcomes Strong sales strategy, negotiation, and relationship management foundation Analytical ability to interpret data and identify insights Previous beverage alcohol and category management experience required Bachelor's degree, CRM experience, and valid driver's license Bring beverage category knowledge, analytical thinking, and sales leadership to Corby and Hiram Walker's Atlantic markets.
