Lead Atlantic Provinces sales strategy from Halifax using account management, team coaching, and commercial analysis across key beverage alcohol markets. As Provincial Manager, you will manage key accounts and guide regional sales execution across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, and Newfoundland. You will report to the Senior Director of Sales, Eastern Canada, collaborating with Brand Managers and Trade Marketing.

- Recruit, onboard, and guide regional team members
Requirements:
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams
- Sales strategy, negotiation, and customer relationship management experience
- Previous beverage alcohol and category management experience required
