You will professionalize operations after purchasing, covering retail relationships, pricing and terms, inbound shipments, 3PL partnerships, warehousing, inventory, margin, and cash discipline. The first year focuses on documenting processes, establishing controls, and leading the office team. Key Responsibilities:
