As a Talent Advisor, you will guide recruitment, onboarding, and people-focused initiatives for a growing Manitoba employer. You will advise leaders on employment legislation, human rights, collective agreement interpretation, policies, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment from planning and posting through offer management

Requirements:
