This full-time temporary Program Consultant supports corporate language requirements and bilingual service delivery. You will collaborate with senior management, French Language Services, employees, and Learning and Development practitioners. The work combines program design, expert advice, coaching, assessment, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver corporate second-language training programs
- Coordinate language proficiency testing and assessment tools
- Advise managers on training and testing matters
- Research program and policy improvements
- Supervise one Program Assistant
Requirements:
- Four-year university degree in a related field
- Five years' related second-language training and testing experience
- Experience managing projects and supporting adult learning
- Knowledge of adult education and evaluation methodologies
- Web-based learning and project management knowledge
