You will prepare bids for technical construction and electrical maintenance projects serving commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential customers. The work requires analyzing plans, specifications, conditions, labor, and materials while collaborating with project leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect proposals, specifications, plans, and tender documents
- Analyze drawings and suggest specified-work alternatives
- Review general and special project conditions
- Calculate labor and material costs
- Prepare and present formal bids
Requirements:
- More than five years’ similar estimating experience
- Knowledge of Design-build systems
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
