Barminco is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its Canadian mining operations with a schedule of 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off.

- Manage daily operations and equipment usage at the mine
- Ensure the training and competence of all shift workers
- Oversee safety compliance and report issues to management
- Organize shifts, crews, and conduct planning meetings
- Prepare and submit incident reports appropriately
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor
- Valid Underground Shift Supervisors Ticket necessary
- Strong leadership and supervisory background
- Must have a current Drivers Licence
- Complete required health checks and vaccinations
