Support PepsiCo's People Experience team as a Human Resources Co-op across Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg. Apply recruitment and communication skills.
This four-month co-op supports PepsiCo's HR Plan across retention, recruitment, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and communication. You will assist the HR Manager with programs, recruitment activities, campus events, and Co-op projects. The work connects people practices with brands including Gatorade, Lay's, and Quaker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of the HR Plan across stated focus areas
- Assist the HR Manager with HR programs and initiatives
- Source, screen, interview, test, and select candidates
- Coordinate graduate recruitment events and campus sessions
- Coordinate Co-op and Campus projects
Requirements:
- Currently completing Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business studies
- Demonstrated commitment and respect for clients served
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and quick learning
- Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
