About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Leader to shape and grow enterprise transformation programs across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

This leadership role combines enterprise data strategy, analytics, AI, consulting, business development, executive advisory, and delivery leadership.

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to define transformation priorities, develop large-scale business opportunities, and lead teams from strategy and solution design through delivery and measurable business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with CDOs, CIOs, CAIOs, business executives, and senior technology leaders.
Advise BFSI clients on enterprise data strategy, analytics transformation, AI adoption, governance, modernization, and operating models.
Translate complex business challenges into practical transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, steering committee discussions, and strategic client conversations.
Drive growth for Data, Analytics, and AI services, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and closure.
Shape large consulting and transformation engagements, including solution direction, value propositions, commercial approaches, and delivery roadmaps.
Lead RFPs and proactive proposals, ensuring solutions are differentiated, feasible, and focused on business outcomes.
Build joint opportunities with account teams, alliance partners, technology providers, and consulting practices.
Define target-state strategies across cloud data platforms, data products, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, governance, and responsible AI.
Provide executive oversight from opportunity shaping and mobilization through delivery, governance, and value realization.
Lead and mentor consulting, architecture, engineering, analytics, and AI teams across multiple locations.
Develop reusable offerings, reference architectures, case studies, estimators, executive narratives, and delivery playbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

18+ years of experience across data, analytics, AI, consulting, and enterprise transformation, including leadership of large‑scale programs.
Deep expertise in:
- Enterprise Data Strategy
- Data Architecture and Governance
- Data Products and Data Modernization
Strong understanding of data engineering, including:
- ETL/ELT and data integration
- APIs and orchestration
- Data quality and observability
- DataOps and platform engineering
Experience leading analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives, including:
- Self‑service analytics
- Semantic layers
- Advanced analytics
Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, responsible AI, and AI‑led business transformation.
Experience defining enterprise solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.
Strong understanding of BFSI requirements, including regulatory compliance, privacy, security, resilience, auditability, and risk management.
Proven success in consulting, business development, presales, solutioning, opportunity qualification, proposals, pricing support, and executive stakeholder management.
Ability to lead global, cross‑functional teams and engage effectively with CXOs and senior business leaders.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or MBA.
Relevant certifications in cloud, architecture, data, analytics, AI, or program management.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑scale BFSI transformation initiatives.
Strong executive advisory, strategic consulting, and business growth experience.
