As a Personal Lines Sales Broker, you will help individuals and families find suitable insurance solutions. You will develop new business, manage renewal opportunities, and grow your client base. KASE provides insurance markets, sales technology, lead-generation systems, team support, and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build pipelines through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Assess insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Prepare quotes, address objections, negotiate, and close business
- Deliver client experiences supporting retention, referrals, and cross-selling
- Track prospects and opportunities using CRM and sales tools
Requirements:
- Proven sales success, preferably acquiring new customers
- Experience in quota-driven or client-facing sales
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
- Valid RIBO license or willingness to obtain one
