The hands-on work spans seasonal concepts, layouts, presentations, photoshoots, and cohesive brand experiences. Success requires strong design knowledge, fashion passion, and the ability to influence without direct reports. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Creative Director on seasonal campaign direction Create visual concepts, layouts, and campaign presentations Collaborate with photographers, stylists, models, and videographers Maintain consistent eCommerce styling, lighting, and composition Coordinate creative delivery across marketing and studio teams Requirements:
Eight-plus years of progressive art direction experience Portfolio demonstrating campaigns, photography, design, and storytelling Strong typography, colour, composition, and visual identity expertise Experience maintaining eCommerce photography standards Collaborative, solutions-oriented, bilingual English and French communicator Use campaign design, photoshoot leadership, and visual identity expertise to strengthen PENN.
