Pencil is building the operating system for AI-powered marketing. The Lead Technical Program Manager will own a portfolio of complex, cross-team programs that impact platform releases, integrations and enterprise commitments.
Reporting to the Principal TPM, you’ll partner with engineering leads, product managers and client-facing teams to translate client needs into scoped work, keep commitments realistic, and drive delivery in an AI-native environment.
