Lead SAP S/4HANA learning strategy and execution, translating complex enterprise transformation into practical capability-building programs for diverse teams. As Training Lead, you will guide the SAP Plus learning lifecycle across design, build, test, deployment, hypercare, and sustainment. You will partner with System Integrator leaders, Change Management, HR, Technical teams, and business stakeholders. The work spans role-based learning paths, digital adoption platforms, simulations, and in-app guidance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop the SAP Plus training strategy and governance model Design role-based learning paths and audience mapping Oversee schedules, enrollment, completion tracking, and learner access Translate role mapping outputs into readiness inputs Establish post-go-live learning sustainment frameworks Requirements:
Experience leading training for large-scale enterprise ERP implementations Deep knowledge of role-based training and adult learning Experience integrating training with change and readiness activities Strong facilitation and vendor management skills Experience with SAP processes or digital adoption tools preferred Shape SAP S/4HANA adoption through structured learning strategy, instructional design, stakeholder leadership, and sustainable capability building.
