As Store Manager, you report to the District Manager and lead a performance-driven team. You will manage sales strategies, customer interactions, CRM outreach, operations, and visual merchandising. The position also requires coaching employees and supporting local awareness through partnerships, pop-ups, and experiential retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store performance toward and beyond sales targets
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and prospects through Salesforce
- Develop retail sales strategies and close floor sales
- Recruit, train, and develop results-driven team members
- Manage operations, payroll, scheduling, and merchandising standards
Requirements:
- Two or more years of retail management experience
- Two or more years of sales leadership experience
- Familiarity with CRM and customer outreach tools
- Ability to exceed targets and create high-conversion experiences
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
