This Senior Lead-IT Infrastructure Operations role provides leadership within ITS Infra and Data Centre Operations. You will oversee operational processes, infrastructure improvements, project coordination and vendor performance. The position also represents the Manager when required and supports secure, reliable services across all infrastructure domains. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, coaching and oversight to infrastructure supervisors Establish performance standards and support employee development decisions Manage escalation, on-call and service-level procedures Oversee upgrades, patching, hardening and lifecycle replacements Maintain agreements and monitor vendor performance against commitments Requirements:
Seven years progressively responsible enterprise infrastructure experience Five years leading multidisciplinary infrastructure teams Supervisory, planning and project-management capabilities Experience with ITIL incident, change and availability practices Strong communication with technical and senior leadership audiences Apply your operational leadership, service management and vendor oversight experience to Peel Regional Police infrastructure operations.
