As lead technical consultant, you will configure SAM Workspace and License Management for a Software Asset Management engagement. The work includes ITSM configuration, source-system mapping, reconciliation, and stakeholder advisory support. You will also shape entitlement planning and integration delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support workshops, refine user stories, and demonstrate configured functionality
- Configure SAM Workspace and License Management for 24 products
- Produce governance SOP and SAM playbook documentation
- Map source-system and API data into ServiceNow
- Build publisher integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
Requirements:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
- ServiceNow Software Asset Management and IntegrationHub certifications
- Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM configuration experience
- United States or Canada location and strong English communication
